Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on Saturday and Sundays or on Holidays.
USA Ground shipping only:
All USA Ground orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Standard time, will be processed and shipped out the same day. The typical shipping times for these orders are below. When counting shippping days, do not include the day on which it is shipped. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed:
- California - Approximately 5 days
- Washington State - Approximately 4-5 days
- Most of Midwest, Middle Atlantic, Central South - Approximately 3-4 days
- Most of the Northeast and Southeast - Approximately 1-3 days

Because we ship with FedEx, we can NOT ship to a P.O. Box. It MUST be a valid street address. Sorry for any inconvenience. But this is to protect you as well as us. We both have tracking numbers to follow the shipment upon delivery.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ELECTRICAL PARTS!
- All other returns for non-electrical parts are only accepted within 15-days from invoice date.
- All items MUST be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL packaging that it left Mikesstoves.com in.
- All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Please call the office at 1-866-796-0200 for a return authorization number before you return ANY products!! When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we will credit your card for the FULL amount, MINUS the shipping charges (unless it's our fault you're returning the product) and/or restocking fee if it applies to your order. If it is an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest you return your product via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. All returned shipping charges MUST be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
